Die Custom Linie bietet vier verschiedene Strangkonfigurationen, die zum Wechsel der Balance zwischen Trommel- und Snare-Komponenten des Sounds dienen können. Bei Modellen mit mehr Strängen können die Snares den Sound u. U. aktiver beeinflussen, während Modelle mit weniger Strängen die Trommel stärker im Gesamtklang hervortreten lassen.
